Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Should I sign a custody agreement that was typed up by my sons mom when our court date is not until April to discuss the custody arrangements? I'm scared that she is up to something and once I sign it have it notarized and I will be denied any other arrangements from the court because I signed this agreement with her????
