Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My Wife and I are getting divorce. It is going to be an uncontested divorce. We both agreed that she does not want child support. We agreed that she will get to claim our daughter on taxes every year and she feels that will be her child support. We are both are getting Joint legal and Joint physical custody of our daughter. Will the judge still make me pay child support if we have an agreement on no child support. We live in missouri.

If the parties agree and the Court finds that no child support is correct, it may happen. However there are dangers about tax dependency deduction and you need to meet with an experienced family law attorney, if you wish you can call me 636-271-5300.
