Hazing-Missouri

If someone has been hazed in order to obtain membership to a chapter of a national organization on a university campus by students who are members of the national organization, is that person who has been hazed able to seek legal recourse against the members of the chapter as well as the national organization. This national organization does have a anti-hazing policy for its members.

Generally speaking, the fraternity and/or the national chapter can have some liability for hazing related damages.
