Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I own my trailer house but rent lot in trailer park and owner is evicting my and taking my house!! He got a 5 day DEFAULT JUDGMENT eviction against me but I was not served a summons or anything to appear in court NOTHING He has threatened me & my husband with physical violence and ALOT of other things

You need to consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area. They may be able to end the eviction, if you contact them in time.
