The two healtcare providers can probably collect their entire liens. If the attorney handling your daughter'scase wroks it right, the medical insurer may not get anything from UM. Their claim is against you, and the payment is for the benefit of your daughter. The type of healthcare policy you have, can also alter the vulnerability to liens. You may also pursue a case direclty against the dariver(s) at fault, if you can find them.

Good luck
