Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

If a carnival comes to town and sets up in front of my house blocking my driveway where I can not get to my house, do I have the right to be able to get in my driveway? I contacted city hall and they told me I have to deal with the inconvenience for the week and park down the road. I was not given written notice of this taking place.

If no public notice was given, then you may be owed compensation for the taking. You should consult directly with a civil or constitutional law attorney very soon. Give them access to the relevant documents and information that you weren't able to provide here.
