I have a full deed of release on a home made out to my mother and myself (son) titled "Both single persons"

Upon my mother's death do I receive full ownership of the home? She has no will.

Whether you have a right of survivorship celebs upon the language of the deed and other documents. If you are her only heir at law, it should not cause much trouble. If not, you may need to open am estate for her or get waivers from the other heirs. You should consult directly with an attorney in your area. Have them read the deed and other docs.
