My house was supposed to go through foreclosure 5 years ago and i still own the property what rights do I have

Dear Inquirer: So long as you are in title, you have the right, ans DUTY to:

Maintain the premises, i.e. grass cut, trash removed, etc.

Keep on paying the real estate taxes,

Keep the Electricity paid,

Keep the Heating ;paid,

Keep the property insured,

Keep paying the mortgage each month, or be liable for the deficiency!
