If I tod my property to my child and it has a judgement against it, will he have to pay the judgement?

If you are talking about realestate, you can't have a "t.o.d." on it, you would have a Beneficiary Deed. A Judgment in Circuit court would be a lien against the real estate. If you are taling about personal property then,no, the property passes to your child at the moment of your death and your child is not responsible for your debts.
