transfer name on rental property

We own a commercial building which we lease out. We want to change the name on the building from ours to an LLC. How do we go about doing this.

I will be happy to help you effect the transfer you desire. Do you have the L.L.C. established. If not, I can create one for you. Is there an existing mortgage on theproperty? If so, you will need written consent to avoid triggerring a due on transfer clause that is probaly a term of the mortgage. Assuming you have consent and an LLC, then you need only execute a deed from the existing title owners to the LLC.
