Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
I have a summons that has not been served to me I wasn't aware of and need to renew my drivers license will this be an issue. The summons is for an electric bill from 6 yrs ago. Thank you

It is very unlikely that a civil case regarding a utility bill will hinder your ability to renew your driver's license.
