Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My father was to receive a inheritance from one of his relatives that passed away. But my father passed away before the inheritance was finalized. Will me and my brother and sister receive the inheritance since my father was not married?

Whether, and how much guy you will inherit is mostly determined by the language of the instrument that made your father a designee or beneficiary. If it said "to ----- and his heirs" than you may be entitled to something. Perhaps you should consult difficult with a probate lawyer in your area. There aren't enough facts provided here to assess your position.
