Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My husband and I have been asked by Two older relatives( 87yrs old), to sell our home in Pennsylvania, and to move in to their home in Missouri to take care of them . They told us as payment for taking care of them that they will leave the house, and property to us after they pass away and that legal Documents are being filed pertaining to the will... My Question is .. should we look for some kind of Legal Documents, or a Contractual Agreement of some kind to protect us.. Being the fact that we would be homeless if the will was changed, and we wouldn't have our payment for the care given..

Thank you in advance

The owners can execute a Beneficiary Deed that transfers ownership upon the death of the last one to go. That deed is recorded, and unless revoked, will take care of it.
