Which ''WILL'' is Legal ??

When my step-dad was alive, him

and mom, set up to where my half-

brother and my full sisiter was

Binifiarys. My sister died last year, and then I heard my half-brother and real brother had one done. Then mom was sick in th hospital, and behind our backs, my half brother got a lawyer to go to the hospital,

and maked out a new one, and only my half brother was on it as benefisary. HOW do we fight this. Do we get another one made up? OR take him to court after mom passes away? She's 83 years old, and has Dementia really bad. I was there just 2 weeks ago. NEED an answer ASAP PLEASE! This is so important. And also, WHOM all can fight against this last WILL?

as an heir, a disabled persons estate should be opened immediately. This can be done quickly and you have a good chance of neutralizing any

fraud that may have been committed against your mother; especially getting her to sign wills
