Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

I have a business here in Nevada and unfortunately am considering BK if married if not on business papers is he liable? As the business have never had any connection legally to him

Since Nevada is a community property state, your business may have a legal connection to your spouse. However, I am familiar with loopholes that could prevent this complicated situation from being a problem for your spouse.
