Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

Motion to revoke Bankruptcy

I filed bankruptcy in Jan 05, spent my tax return on bills and received a letter after doing so telling me not to spend. At court I made payment arrangements for 100/mo and to relinquish 05 taxes to court trustee. Could not afford to relinquish 05 returns, Court trustee is planning to revoke bankruptcy, I have opportunity to appeal, How do I appeal this motion?

Re: Motion to revoke Bankruptcy

This is something that you should not do by yourself. The issue is pretty complex and you are behind in the case because you did two things wrong. (1) kept a tax refund (2) did not pay it back. Because so much is at stake, you should not do the appeal yourself. Can you borrow money from a friend or family member? Finally, is the order revoking discharge entered? The time to appeal after the order is very short.
