Am I legally allow to keep half nude photos of my ex-girlfriend on a online storage or a hard drive at home?

That depends on how you got the photos and on what permission (if any) you have from your girlfriend. If you took the pictures with her knowledge and if you did not promise to get rid of them later, then you can probably keep them. If they're pictures she gave you conditionally, you have to abide by the conditions. If you somehow got them by other means, the answer may be different. Since I don't know the photos' history, that's the best I can do.

If you do have a right to keep the photos, it shouldn't matter whether they are on your own disk drive, on a remote server, or in the cloud.

Note that even if you're allowed to keep the photos, you very likely would not have the right to show them to anyone else or to make them visible to others. That's as true if they're in the cloud as it would be if they were in your own computer.

Good luck.
