Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

After a response to a summons

I had received a court summons, filed my response, and I am wondering...now what? Do I receive a verdict, or anything in the mail? Do I need to go to the courthouse to find out what happens next, or if a decision was made? Any info on what happens after filing a response, or what I need to do would be helpful, thanks!

Re: After a response to a summons

It depends on whether it is over $7,500 or under $7,500. Over $7,500 you and Plaintiff's attorney meet, prepare a report and the Judge will issue a trial date. Under $7,500, it will be up to Plaintiff's attorney to request a trial date.
