Pedophiles
If the accused pleads guilty
rather than go to trial, can
the convicted pedophile force
the underaged children to court for ''answers''?

Defendant has the right to cross examine witnesses against him. However, if the child is real young the Court can allow and helper to be next to the child or even allow testimony via video conferencing.
