Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
i was pulled over, the police searched me and found drugs in my shoe? was this legal? pulling me out of the car for no reason and searching me?

It's legal until you file a motion to suppress. I do not know if this was a pretext stop or if the police had a reason. They have a right to pat you down for a weapon if they suspect you may have one. This is usually how the drugs are found. Should never keep them on you.
