Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Aggressive Family Law Attorney

I am looking for an aggressive family law attorney here in Las Vegas. Not, and never was, married to the mother of my child.I have a 10 yr old daughter and have not been allowed to see her since May. (mother's choosing) She is now stating in the order that she wants my child's step father to have the child on Father's Day, I only get 2 weekends a month, cannot have my daughter for holidays this year as the step father gts his kids this year and so she wants them to be a family.(( what about MY family??)) she wants 500/mth child support and arreages!!! I have Mediation coming up and am dreading this. I have texts and voicemails from both the mother and her new husband cussing and calling me names and denying visitation. She is going beyond ridiculous. I have reason to believe that they are using drugs - I want them to take a drug test. Have an attorney now but am going to dismiss due to his lack of doing anything with the case. I cannot believe that I am not being denied visitation by the mother to my child and that this is allowed. No court order as of yet. Does anyone know of a very aggressive attorney so that I can have visitaion ASAP??

Re: Aggressive Family Law Attorney

I am very agressive. I have been practicing law for 16 years in Nevada, am on the executive committee for the family bench bar and clerked for a family court judge for a year. In order to be aggressive, I would need a retainer of five thousand dollars so that I can do discovery, ie. depositions and go to court loaded with ammunition against your daughter's mother.

I have probably done over 100 trials and handle cases like yours every day. I am CV rated by Martindale-Hubble which means that I am in the top 30% of all lawyers.

If you would like a free consultation, just email be back and I will call you. I will need a complete copy of your file to make the meeting productive. Remember, in mediation, everything is confidential and don't make a deal unless you are sure that you can live with it.

I can promise that you will get your daughter on father's day and get visitation plus make up visitation before the end of the month. Further, we will get both the mother and her husband drug tested.
