My son lives in Nevada and ex with children live in Calif. The Nevada court says he gets the children over his 3 day weekend once a month. She now has refused to meet him 3 times. What can he do? She says that they have things to do. One off the children wants to live with dad. What's the age for this?

Re: child visitation

He needs to get back into Court if she refuses to give him what the Judge ordered. Unless he agrees for those things to be done, such as piano lessons or baseball, that he would also participate in, she cannot do what she is doing. This is especially true since he doesn't get weekly visitation.

Since one of the children wants to live with him, it seems imparative that he gets back to court.
