Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My ex-husband and I have joint custody of our 3children. 2 of which have been emancipated. I have a 16 year old that no longer wants to live with her Father due to the circumstances and of which who has primary physical. Do we have to go to court to change custody? If so, is there a way to do it ourselves with out representation or at a minimal fee?

You could change custody via stipulation and order. No court appearance is required so long as the paperwork was properly prepared and filed.
