Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

can I still get half of my husbands teamsters 631 retirement, after being divorced. It was not

requested at the time of the divorce? A person in the union said, 'it is still my right to have half of

Perhaps. If the matter is under Nevada law (the matter varies from place to place) the modern trend says yes. We have some extensive experience in this area. For background, see the article titled "Partition Actions and Fraud Upon the Court " posted at http://www.willicklawgroup.com/published_works. Time is not your friend, however, and sooner is better.

You should probably seek consultation with an appropriate family law specialist. If you decide you would like to discuss this with one of the attorneys of this firm, please take a look at our consultation policies, procedures, and costs, at http://www.willicklawgroup.com/consultation_policies.
