Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Hello!

I was wondering, to change primary physical custody from one parent (living in California) to the other in Nevada (jurisdiction is Nevada), what is the typical burden of proof and what case law applies that we can have a look at? (We are the primary custodians, and the non-custodial parent is trying to pursue primary custody).

I appreciate your help! Thanks!

Custody can be intricate. I suggest you start with the explanation and materials, flow-charts, links to statutes, and other information posted at http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child-custody-and-visitation/. Beyond that, you need a consultation with a family law specialist, in this or another office, as you choose.
