Is it legal to have child support be paid in mortgage of the home that they are living in or the bills?

In order for you to get credit for payment of child support, you need to make the payments directly to the custodial parent and specify that it is child support. You should not be paying the mortgage or the bills directly. Hopefully, the custodial parent will then use the money you send, to pay the mortgage and the bills.
