Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I live in Nevada and was married here and will get the divorce here. If my husband and I made a prenup that was notarized can I interprut this clause that he wrote as I have claim to half of his pension in total even what he earned before and after the marriage? Here is the clause he wrote:

Husband will ensure wife will receive 50% of Plumbing and Pipefitting pension payments for retirement purposes.

I removed the names for privacy purposes

The clause appears to be ambiguous and, in any case, will have no effect until accepted by the trustees of the retirement plan. A Qualified Domestic Relations Order may be necessary to fulfill any promise made in your prenuptial agreement.

Your attorney can explain further.
