right of the parent
do I have the right to know what is being done to my teenager through the court system, or evev a say ?

If the child is a ward of the Court you have a right to a review hearing every 6 months, but not a right to know where your child is or what he/she is doing. This info is given on a need to know basis by the caseworker.
