Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Support

I paid my support faithfully all last year.On dec 24th My ex wife mails me 500.00 dollars in medical bills.Their was no way to have this to her in the few days I had left in 2007.Because of this situation I was unable to claim my daughter because she said I was in arrears.

Today I recieve a text message from her wanting the money for medical. My question is..By her claiming my daughter am I still responsible for the 500.00 since she's getting alot more than that by claiming her?I also feel my support was current I never missed a week. Was I current as of 12-2007?

Thank you for your time and your help...

Re: Support

Payment of the medical bills has nothing to do with the tax exemption. You are obligated to pay one half you child's medical bills in addition to child support.
