Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I was wanting to is there a way to move my child and myself out of the country without fathers consent? I am currently involved with a European and we plan on getting married. The plan is for him to sponsor me and my daughter to be able to move to Scotland. The father does not offer and child support and there is no custody battle. He is on birth certificate but we were never married.

In Nevada you either need the other parent's permission or the permission of the court to move out of Nevada. I cannot speak for other states and their process. If the father has never been in the child's life and never paid child support you could even see if the court would be willing to terminate his parental rights.
