Hi,

Parents who initially entered the U.S. legally, but overstayed, can normally be sponsored by their U.S. citizen child (21 or over) and adjust status in the U.S. General information is here: www.h1b1.com/sponsor.htm

Hi 89110,

You can petition here but they cannot leave until they receive their greencards. I have handled many of these types of cases and have been successful in each case.

If you would like some help feel free to email me to set up an appointment. If I were to handle both cases I could give you a substantial discount

More details are needed. You will want to have their full immigration history and then set a consultation to review what will work best for them.
