Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada

Long question for you... My fiance lives in England and has a very mean ex-husband who use to beat her, they had two kids together the boy is 17, the girl is 16...she won custody and he's never paid support. He filed and was awarded joint custody (he found out about us, and told her no man would ever have her if he can't) he's got a very long criminal record, he filed stating he can't take custody because he works away, which means my fiance can't leave to come here, we want to stay as far away from him as possible, he's threatened both of our lives. Want can we do to get her and the kids here...has to be something..
