Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada

Okay, first of all thank you for your time. Here are the facts of our case: My fianc went to her interview in Kiev, Ukraine last week (nov 19) & was interviewed for less than 10 mins. Most questions where about me, why I relocated to another city (I got a new job in Laughlin, NV from Las Vegas working less hours so we could spend more time together) which is what my fianc answered. Also I had my father co-sign with all the required paperwork because of me switching jobs & him earning higher income (although he's not a citizen, I am). Also this is the 1st time they heard of my father co-signing. Despite the fact I qualified with my current income & my Tax returns.

At the conclusion of the interview she was returned all proof of relationship documents by the interviewer, stating he believed we were in a relationship but kept mine & my fathers information documents & told my fianc they would call her. My fianc said 5 other girls waiting with her at the consulate where all told "Yes" immediately, except her. Now our visa case is "undergoing necessary administrative processing" according to their ceac.com website. What can we expect in your opinion?

Thanks again, Allan Rios-Lopez

The U.S. Consulate is obviously having an issue with her case, which they are going to further investigate. If you do not receive a decision from the U.S. Consulate in a month or two, it might be worth it to consult with an Immigration Attorney who is experienced with Consular Processing issues and K-1 fiance visas.
