Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada

My wife was denied a I-601 waiver on July 8, 2011. How long before we see a judge to try to get her work authorization renewed. It expires at the end of March...and is there and way to speed it up since if she loses her job she cant say she is supporting me anymore. I am disabled and have no income.

Hello:

If she was denied a Waiver, then there is no guarantee you will see a judge if she has not been placed in removal proceedings. That denial should have been appealed. At the present time, you may be able to do a Motion to Reopen.
