Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

I live in Nevada and I am a waitress/bartender six nights a week. My boss the owner , makes us put all our tips in a jar and her or the manager decide who gets how much.the manager and owner also tip themselves out.is the illegal.can I get what I earned back?

It is illegal for the manager/owner to be sharing in the tips themselves.

You can file a complaint with the Nevada Labor Commissioner about this. You do not need a lawyer to do that.

Unless you were able to get all of the involved employees together to pursue a legal claim with a private attorney it may be tough to find an attorney to handle such a claim on a no collection/no fee basis.
