Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

I signed a bogus lease agreement. Foreclosure was stripped of copper, no water, back door kicked in. "Agent" promised to reimburse or find something else, then disappeared. Am I a squatter? What defense do I have against being thrown out? What do I do?

Just so we are clear ... are you asking how you can continue to live in an uninhabitable house for free? With no electricity or water, no ability to close the door and who knows what other defects, are you just hoping a lawyer will tell you it is OK to continue squatting on someone else's property because some agent presented a bogus lease for the property? It sounds like you are a trespasser on property that is not fit for human habitation, and you want someone to tell you that is legal.

I don't think you will find any help here.
