Disposal of trailers on property.
Just closed escrow on bank owned prop.
Many trailers and vheicles.
want to remove/sell give away.
Proceedure ? Liability?

If property is abandoned on your property it's yours. Still I would publish a legal notice one time in the review journal saying that if the owner of the property does not pick it up in 30 days you will dispose of it.
