Junior lien

can a holder of a promissory note put a junior lien on my house while that was not mentioned on the promissory note and I am on time on my payments?

A promissory note does not give someone a lien on the property unless the promissor has contracted to do so, e.g., contract lient, or the promissee has obtained a judgment on the note, e.g., judgment lien.

If he puts a lien on your house, you have a claim for slander of title.
