I have been sharing a home with my Mother for the past 32 years, I am buying a home and my mother has, or is trying to remove my name form anything purchased or related to what what jointly invested over the years for the house.am I entilited to 50% of the house? can can she remove my name from the house? what options do I have

She can; depends how title is held. On a house, she can't remove you but a car, the DMV will allow you to put Mother OR Son and the DMV will allow either party to take the other off. Same with brokerage accounts. You need to beat her to the punch and change title to your name or to Mother AND Son.
