Paying my sister $200. a month

How do I set up an account to pay my sister $200. a month for life?

I am age 69, my sister is age 75. We are both single. She earns about $13,000 a yr., lives in NH. I live in Las Vegas, NV. My money is in CDs and a Living Trust.
