Brief and Appendix

Hello:

This is my first time writing a brief. I am not an attorney. My appeal has been accepted in New Hampshire. I now have to write a brief and l believe an appendix(rule 17). Also Rule 13 l have read but l am still alittle confused.

How do you write an Appendix. This is a pretty complex case and l am really not invovled but l have been made involved somehow. Its against my exhusband and his sister (have to do with trusts and a will). The judge in New Hamsphire found my exhusband to have forged his fathers will after almost 8 years of litagation. Now since l have filed for divorce 3 years ago (waiting for final Judgement) The sister and my exhusband have now joined forces (these 2 hated each other) to take everything away from my son who is autistic and myself claiming everything is the sisters who has been ordered by the New Hampshire Judge to give everyting to her because my ex consented to it since l filed for divorce. The sister is now claiming that l used the money that was deemed fradulent, we used the money for family support to live off. While the case in New Hampshire was on going the Judge ordered my ex to get sitpends monthly. Teh judge ordered my ex husband to get 500 a week. the sister has
