Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

Can charges be brought against a person by another for having sexual intercourse while both were younger than 15 and close to the same age at the time of occurance, but both being in their 40s now? Force/Rape was not an issue at all.

Almost certainly not. First, if both people are under the age of consent, prosecutors will rarely charge. If they did, it would almost always be in juvenile court. More importantly, if this happened more than 25 years ago the statute of limitations has run and charges could not be brought in any court.
