Legal Question in Elder Law in New Hampshire

durable power of attorney

With a durable power of attorney in NH for my elderly mother, is that legal and binding in MA., or any other state if she goes to an extended nursing care facility there?

yes, but someone could bring an action to be appointed guardian and/or conservator, if the principal is incapacitated.
