Legal Question in Military Law in New Hampshire

Military Retention/Disqualification

I am a former Army Reserve Captain who was Honorably discharged after being disqualified for retention for having Type II Diabetes. I was wondering, given the current strain on manpower, if there is any way I can have my status changed or a waiver be granted to allow me to re-enter the service? Have the Regulations changed, at all, to allow for this type of situation?

More than likely, you will need to have your records corrected to reflect you should not have been discharged and you should be reinstated in the the Army Reserve. Feel free to contact me if you need help with your case.
