I got a speeding tickect in NH, and now they also sent me a letter stating that i have a warrant in NH. Can i get arrested in boston, ma?

Possibly; if the warrant is sent out by computer and you happen to get stopped for some other minor traffic violation, Mass police will likely arrest you. Best thing is to clear up whatever the matter is in NH.
