Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey

I need to know if I was defrauded out of $50,000 in a partnership contract deal

I need to know if I was defrauded out of $50,000 in a partnership contract deal with two other people who had promised me by word of mouth and by email that I will be making $5000.00 a month as a guaranteed condition in confidence between both of them and after getting into a business deal with both of them. When this did not happen, I asked both of them by email for an indication as to why I am not making the money as promised after the deal was signed, they did not reply but also did not deny in their reply emails the guarantee was offered to me before I signed as a condition. They have forced me out of the partnership and the business is possibly now owned by them. They gave me $2500.00 to stay out of their way and to retire from the partnership knowing that I had no money to continue waiting for the promise to materialize. I was not born in this country but was able to get my citizenship.

They did not remove my address and name that they had used as the contact information on their website and that is now a nuisance to me and my family with phone calls and postal deliveries coming to my home almost everyday. The retirement of my partnership was completed around May of this year. It is now December.

If you invested money in a business, you may still have rights as an owner against those who are running the business. There are other alternatives that may give you rights depending on the facts. To tell if you have a good cause of action, I would have to know more about the facts. If I can be of further help to you, call or email.
