Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

Negotiation vs. Bankruptcy

I am a 26 year old male and currently have a credit rating of 413. Constantly, I am being harassed by past creditors and current creditors. I am also currently 2 months past due on my mortgage and car payment and foreclosure and repossession proceedings will be imminent. I will be able to make payments for arrears in the future but not currently or in a timely fashion. What are my options, and what are your recommendations?
