do i have a case

i took a loan to renovate a new cellular store for nextel 2004. I was to become s service center. Sprint bought nextel.Person we were working with was fired, Had to send customer base to other service centers.Lost customers/sales service and resiudals.Still in business lost $400,000 with loans and business still not service center.Nextel service stinks and sprints customer care as well. Do i have a case against sprint for never approving me as a service center. I was content in my smaller cellular store with over half the expence.

you lost a lot of money. if you were unfairly treated by Sprint in a situation where the law required them to treat you fairly, or if Sprint broke an agreement between you, then you will have a claim.
