What are the binding legalities of reproducing, or using other trademark (logos) of NAMEBRAND PRODUCTS for commercial or bussiness use and gain and what are the parameters if replicating.

Your question is too broad for all but the most general answer. The simple standard is that a trademark is the property of its owner. Others may not use it in a commericial setting without the permission of the owner. There are exceptions such as when the use of the mark is only to identify a product or service, but these must be carefully crafted with the aid of counsel in order to stay within the boundaries.

In general, you may not use or duplicate a third party's trademark for commercial use without the trademark owner's express written permission.
