Sexual harrasment at the work force

What can be done if the boss for who you work with has purposly kissed touched and insulted you.. You stay there because you need the job but do not agree to what he does.. He is a married man and constantly tells you he loves you.What can be done??

First: Complain in writing to HR (via e-mail) and keep copies of what you send. Second: keep copies of their response. Third: call an attorney. Feel free to call our offices.
